Perpetual Enrollments
The Sisters are not taking any more Perpetual Enrollment orders until April 15, 2024
To request Perpetual Enrollments, you may write to us with the name and address of the person whom you would like to enroll (please print all information clearly), along with the suggested donation of $20 for a certificate or $5 plus postage for a card.
Cash or check is acceptable by regular mail, including the designation (Perpetual Enrollment), full name, and address of the beneficiary.
We will reply to that address with a card or certificate written out for the person for whom it is specified.
